1. Well Insulation

PEAKLAND Silicon Nitride ceramic are with lower thermal conductivity than iron like materials, so its heat preservation performance is much better, and it can also significantly reduce the heat loss of the molten aluminum in the low-pressure casting process.

2.High density

PEAKLAND Silicon Nitride Riser tubes are made by air pressure sintering process to obtain the high density and high mechanical strength at high temperature. In low pressure casting process, it can effectively avoid the risk of broken and air leakage caused by high load weight and low strength.

3.Easy Maintenance
